• Served as the Senior Product Manager for several Products in Maturity stage of their PDLC.
• Conducted thorough research on the Markets, User Personas, Value Propositions, current implementations and processes within Companies, identifying the required changes and ideating solutions from both Product and Operations perspectives.
• Planned and coordinated the implementation of the identified solutions, ensuring effective collaboration among all parties involved.
• Led Product and cross-functional Teams (~30 and more specialists).
• Steered the Roadmap creation, guiding the Products’ strategic directions. Closely collaborated with C-level management to ensure the Roadmaps reflected the Products’ goals and priorities, fostering a shared vision of the path forward.
